Step into the Olympic commemorative banknotes and feel the Olympic spirit

There's even Braille marking the denomination in the upper left corner, a thoughtful touch. The top of the Temple of Heaven is separate from the Temple of Heaven. The banknote also features the Chinese pinyin for "People's Bank of China," along with some Uyghur, Zhuangzi, and Tibetan characters. 
The craftsmanship behind the Olympic commemorative banknotes is noteworthy. By feeling the surface, we can clearly feel the convex and concave textures of the Bird's Nest, the national emblem, and the inscription "People's Bank of China." This is also a way to verify the authenticity of the banknotes. Another unique feature is the 5.5mm-wide security thread on the back. If you look closely, you can see microtext on either side of this thread, reading "BEIJING 2008." There's also a holographic pattern in the center of the thread. Furthermore, when you manipulate the angle of the banknote, you can see the security thread alternating between red and green. 
Experts say the Olympic commemorative banknotes mark a new chapter in Chinese currency development. This is because they effectively promote the Olympic spirit to the general public. While the Olympics are universal, not everyone can participate. The issuance of these banknotes can bring the Olympics closer to ordinary people.
