Pure gold jewellery fields

- Match the original sleeve, certificate, packaging and purchase receipt to the serial number.
- Record measured weight and instrument testing separately. Do not break an original seal merely to take a measurement.
A same-day gold price does not produce one universal valuation
For every reference gold price, record the date, time, currency and unit. Jewellery may include non-gold components or require disassembly, while bullion may carry brand, specification and packaging differences. State the price basis, condition, costs and validity period for every quotation.
