Once we receive the information, we first confirm whether the items fall within our scope and ask for additional photos where needed. Photos support only an initial review; after inspecting the items, both parties confirm the terms and payment method. Depending on the type, quantity and location, handover may be arranged at the shop, at an address in Hong Kong, or at an agreed location in Hong Kong or Macau.
